Bigger pieces of work — say a whole new section, or extra products beyond your plan — we’ll scope and quote up front so there are no surprises. The line is simple: updating what’s already there is included; adding something new gets quoted first. And if a request is bigger than a quick job, we’ll tell you before we start — never after.

We can’t promise a #1 ranking (nobody honestly can), but making sure you’re discoverable is part of the monthly service, not an add-on.

You take your site and domain with you — no ransom, no “export fee”, no hard feelings. Because everything’s already in your name, leaving is just a handover, not a hostage negotiation. There’s no lock-in and no minimum term, so you can leave whenever suits you.

Your plan simply runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops — and because your domain and accounts are already in your name, leaving is a clean handover.
